Adlinx displays the information I Supply "as is" on various wapsites and/or websites and advertising services.

Member and advertisers understand that adlinx.org, adlinx.co.za, any of the adlinx associated blogs and advertisers does not guarantee any results i.e. purchasing of their products, sign-ups to their promotions, or any other kind of result from advertising purchased or acquired from adlinx.org or adlinx.co.za which includes banner advertising, web site displays and views, text-ad advertising.

Member and advertisers by joining as a member and/or using adlinx.org or adlinx.co.za for advertising forfeit any rights to take legal action against any staff or adlinx.org or adlinx.co.za or any of the adlinx associated blogs and advertisers in any matter

My Information
I understand that all information I submit to the Adlinx service is my sole responsibility. Each Adlinx listing must be an actual business/product or property that I own, manage, or have authorization to represent. The information I supply must be accurate, to the best of my knowledge, as of the time the information is updated. I grant Adlinx the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to publish, distribute, use, reproduce, and modify the information I supply. I warrant and represent that this information is accurate. I understand that Adlinx reserves the right to modify, delete, or not display, any information I enter for violating the terms of this Agreement or for any other reason.

Adlinx Service
The Adlinx service is provided through remote internet browsers and does not include the transfer of any software or intellectual property rights. I understand that I will use Adlinx services at my own risk. The Adlinx services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. Adlinx expressly disclaims all warranties of every kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification
I agree to defend, indemnify and hold Adlinx harmless from any claim, loss, action demand, suit, loss, damage, injury or liability of any kind including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of information I provide to Adlinx, my use of Adlinx, my violation of these terms of use, or my violation of any rights of another.
